PO (Purchase Order):  The elaboration of the abbreviated form of PO is a purchase order. This enables a supplier to proceed well with all things accordingly regarding an order. Although various buyers practice various modes of providing their respective purchase orders.

6)   Export Cartons for Approval:

The following rules have to be fulfilled when sending out export cartons:

 

ONLY FEDEX IS POSSIBLE!

  • only 1 export carton per order-# per day can be shipped out
  • export cartons with different order numbers can be shipped together under one Fedex number on the same day
  • each Fedex shipment must be accompanied by a detailed customs invoice
  • must show order-# with a description of goods and quantity in pcs. and text:
    “samples of no commercial value”
  • invoice value must not exceed US$ 250!

 

BV / LIDL TESTING PROCEDURE

All orders must PASS the BV (Bureau Veritas) / LIDL testing procedure which is requested by our customer.
 

The organization and the mentoring are managed by Distra, Mr. Axel Herrmann.

The requirements and limits for analytical testing and AQL you will find in the Distra Quality Sheet and LIDL Quality Manual.

 

1)   Sample picking (SP)/ PPC (Pre Production Check)

50% of all accessories, fabrics, sewing threads (raw materials) must be in the house (factory) according to BVCPS guidelines for analytical testing.

SP must take place 2 weeks before production starts
 

2)   Inline Check

Must take place, when 15-25% of the garments are produced. BV will pick up samples and do again analytical testing and check the AQL
 

3)   FRI (Final Random Inspection)

Must take place for each shipment, min 80% of the goods must be already packed, BV will check the AQL
 

IMPORTANT:
You will only get an allowance for shipment when all BV tests are showing PASS and Distra has sent shipment release!

 

BSCI – CODE OF CONDUCT

All Distra producing factories must PASS the requirements of the BSCI Code of conduct (requested by LIDL). Suppliers/Subcontractors have to ensure, that the code of conduct will be guaranteed during the production of the ordered goods.

IMPORTANT:
The customer is allowed to cancel orders immediately, even during production if the supplier and subcontractor will not follow the BSCI requirements (Code of conduct). Furthermore, suppliers can be blocked and banned for future orders.
